Doc's Famous Meat Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 Tsp. Dried Oregano
1 Tsp. Ground Garlic
1/8 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

Place all ingredients into medium sized bowl. Whisk them together to thoroughly combine. Rinse meat and trim off excess fat. Stab meat multiple times on both sides. Place meat in a zip top bag with enough marinade to coat the meat, plus a little extra. Store unused marinade in the refrigerator for future use. Massage the meat to work in the marinade. Place in refrigerator for 4-8 hours. Do not rinse the marinade off the meat before cooking. Dispose of any marinade left in the zip top bag.
