The following breaking changes were introduced in this version:

• The First Control Segment (first) was replaced by the Instance Control Segment (instance)
• The Last Control Segment (last) was replaced by the End Control Segment (end)

The following non-breaking changes were introduced in this version:

• Comments were added — any Dataset Data Segment with a negative integer ID is treated as a comment and ignored during processing
